On March 27, 2018 in Stockton, California, Chambers Law Firm resolved a special circumstance murder case, where the client was facing a potential sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole, for a plea bargain pursuant to which the client will serve approximately 14 years in prison.
The client had been charged with “lying in wait” to murder the alleged victim in a public park in Manteca, California in August 2014. When the alleged victim arrived at the park, two groups of people began shooting firearms at each other.
