Client was accused of raping client’s spouse and physically abusing the spouse. After client was arrested, Chambers Law Firm used social media postings, phone records and investigation to damage the alleged victim’s credibility and to show the allegations were being used for a child custody battle. The district attorney rejected the case and no charges were filed.
