Evading/Reckless Driving Case

Client was pulled over on client’s motorcycle on dubious grounds and charged with misdemeanor evading. Chambers Law Firm filed a motion to challenge the stop as illegal. The case was resolved for a traffic ticket for speeding and a fine payment.
