Fight in Long Beach
The police responded to a battery call around 9:11pm in the 100 block of East 10th Street in the Hellman Street neighborhood in Long Beach, California, on Tuesday, August 18th. When they arrived, they found out that two men had been involved in a fight and one had been struck with a bottle. In critical condition, he had been transported to the hospital, where he later died as a result of his injuries at around 3am on Wednesday morning.
The Los Angeles County Coroner’s office recently released the name of the man who died on Wednesday—22-year-old Junior Jimenez, according to the Press-Telegram.
